CALESTAMENYA owns the tourist accommodation that can be booked through the web, being duly registered in the Tourism Registry of Catalonia with the following registration data:

Ca l'Estamenya 1, located in Plaça de l'Esglèsia, 11 - Perafita- (Barcelona), with the registration number PCC-000440, check digit 14, modality: independent town house, group: rural accommodation. Total seats: 4.

Ca l'Estamenya, 2, located in Plaça de l'Esglèsia, 11 -Perafita- (Barcelona), with the registration number PCC-000441, Control digit 17, modality: independent town house, group: rural accommodation. Total seats: 8.

Ca l'Estamenya apartments, in Plaça Major, 9 -Perafita- (Barcelona), with the registration number ATCC-000013, check digit 44, type / modality: tourist apartments. Total apartments: 5. Total seats: 19.

 

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

By contracting our services offered on this website, the contractor expressly states that he has read, understood and accepts without reservation the general conditions of the contract, as well as the particular conditions that may be established. All the general conditions will be permanently available to the Users prior to the contracting and may be stored and reproduced and printed in the current version at all times.

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity, with CALESTAMENYA reserving the right to modify them unilaterally, without affecting the services, or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification, for which users are recommended to read them carefully every Once they access this portal, they are understood to be valid at all times published in it.

PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACT

· Step 2: The user must select the date of entry to the accommodations, and the number of nights of the duration of the stay.

· Step 5: You will be redirected securely to the bank's payment gateway, and once the payment is made, the user of your state will be notified.

· Step 6: If everything went well, the user will receive an email informing about the reservation of the accommodation.

· Step 7: If there has been any problem, in the payment or in the reservation, the user will also be notified.

 

 

TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

During the reservation process and before pressing the button to proceed with the payment, the user will be able to correct any error and will be prevented from continuing if all the data requested is not provided. Also before proceeding with the confirmation of the reservation, the user can correct any error in the introduction of the data, change the content and even cancel it in its entirety, being able to go back to the previous screens to make the appropriate corrections.

CAPACITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION UNITS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF UTIZATION OR ENJOYMENT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT

The maximum legal capacity of our accommodation units as well as the special conditions and use or enjoyment of the establishment are those indicated in each case on the website before making a reservation

In any case, not be allowed to make celebrations or parties within the establishments.

 

 

WHO CAN CONTRACT

In order to contract the tourist accommodation services offered on our website, the user declares that he is at least 18 years of age.

In the event that a legal entity is contracted, the person acting on its behalf declares under its responsibility that it has valid powers to do so, reserving CALESTAMENYA the right to prove this point.

 

 

PRICES AND OTHER EXPENSES

The prices applicable to each accommodation are those published on the website and applied automatically to those that will be added, where appropriate, the additional expenses or services that the client has agreed, setting the sum of all these concepts the total due of payment in the last phase of it.

The prices indicated include the Value Added Tax (VAT), expressed in the Euro currency (€).

The tax on stays in tourist accommodation (IEET) is applicable to people who stay in tourist accommodation establishments in Catalonia over 16 years, accruing at the beginning of the stay, so that their collection will be required on the date of arrival to the same depending on the age of each person housed.

 

 

MEANS OF PAYMENT AND BILLING

You can pay the reservation with Visa, Mastercard through a secure payment gateway, in which the bank issuing the card will verify the identity of the cardholder and its authenticity before authorizing payment, as well as of the protection of customer data. In this way, we also do not have at any time your financial data, which gives greater security to the payment process.

Any incident that may arise will be the responsibility of the issuer, the client having to contact the bank in question.

RESERVE CONFIRMATION

When we receive your reservation request, we will proceed to confirm it by email at the address you have provided, within 24 hours, sending you an acknowledgment of receipt that will indicate the reservation number and will contain the general conditions and, where appropriate, the contract.

 

 

CANCELATION CONDITIONS

The cancellation of the reservation before seven days of the date of arrival, will incur a penalty of 50% of the total price of stay.

If the cancellation is made within seven days prior to the arrival date, or the user does not arrive at the establishment on the expected date of arrival, the penalty will be 100% of the total stay price.

 

 

INDEMNIFICATION FOR RESIGNATION OF THE STAY

If the reserved unit is abandoned before the reserved date, the owner of the establishment can request up to the equivalent of 50% of the total price of the services that are lacking to use, unless there is a specific agreement between the parties.

 

 

COMMUNICATION WITH THE USER

The communications with the user of the tourist accommodation establishment will preferably be made through email, so you must provide an active account at all times for that purpose. This is without prejudice to using other means of contact that have been provided, including instant messaging.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations in force, the right of withdrawal of this contract for the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as a dwelling does not apply.

 

 

INFORMATION ABOUT THE RESERVATION, COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation.

In case of conflict, without prejudice to submit to what the law requires, especially when the contracting party is a consumer or user, waiving any other forum that may correspond, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Vic.
